Correctional Facility Orders

Correctional Facility Orders (and those ordering on behalf of Correctional Facility Inmates) Terms of Ordering: *All of the General Terms of Ordering apply to Correctional Facility Orders as well as the following: 1.All sales are final. You are ordering at your own risk. BTM Mailorder makes no claims about the ability of correctional facility inmates to receive the products we sell. Inmates and those ordering on their behalf should be aware of the rules governing them and order accordingly. 2.BTM Mailorder is not responsible for and will not compensate for products confiscated, lost, rejected, and/or damaged by correctional facility staff once delivered to the correctional facility address. 3.Due to our inability to control package delivery once inside your institution, BTM's responsibility of delivery ends once the order is delivered to the facility. 4.Return of rejected items: No returns or exchanges are allowed. Upon receiving a return, BTM Mailorder will mail the customer a form outlining their choices in the matter. They will be offered the opportunity to reship the items to themselves or to a third party willing to accept it on their behalf. All returned orders are subject to a "re-shipping fee" equal to their original shipping method. Returned orders will be held for 60 days awaiting a customer response. If no response is received within 60 days, BTM Mailorder reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and dispose of it. 5.BTM does not edit magazines. 6.Only money orders, personal checks, and institutional checks will be accepted, absolutely no credit cards or postage stamps. 7.DVDs, Toys, and Health Supplements are not available for inmate orders.
