Privacy Policy

At BTM Mailorder we respect a customer's right to privacy.

As our customer you can be assured that WE WILL NEVER:

• Use your personal information for any purpose outside your order.
• Sell your personal information to a third party.
• Fill your E-mail with SPAM messages.
• Have POP-UP ADS on our website.
• Send you advertisements for products you are not interested in.
• Ship orders in non-discreet packaging.
• Itemize or show a description of your purchase on a billing statement.
• Use insecure methods of internet payment.

MAILING LISTS

Our mailing lists are generated solely from existing customers. We never send unsolicited mailings or emails, and are diligent to remove those from our lists who no longer wish to receive our catalogues. In addition, we require all orders are accompanied by age verification.

Shipping and Handling Policy

BTM Mailorder offers a range of shipping and handling options to suit your needs.
We offer services from both the Priority Mail, as well as Media Mail.

ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING PRICES ARE BASED ON A SHIPMENT OF UP TO 8 MAGAZINES ORDERS OF GREATER THAN 8 MAGAZINES MAY REQUIRE EXTRA POSTAGE. A BTMMAILORDER REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO IF THIS IS THE CASE.

USPS Media Mail - allow 5 to 14 days
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 days, Continental United States
Ground - East Coast, 3 days
Midwest, 3 to 5 days
West Coast, 5 to 7 days

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL (if you have provided us with an E-mail address or by regular mail if you have not.)

IF YOUR SELECTION IS OUT OF STOCK YOU MAY:

1. WAIT FOR THE ITEM TO RESTOCK.
2. RESELECT A SIMILAR ITEM.
3. CANCEL THE ORDER

Return Policy

To ensure prompt and efficient service: all exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

At BTM Mailorder it is our goal to make sure you get the best products and customer service.

Due to the nature of our products, BTM Mailorder has a no return policy. Orders may be exchanged, only if all three of the citeria below, are met:

1. The item(s) received are damaged and/or incorrect.
2. BTM is informed of the problem within 24 hours of delivery.
3. The items to be exchanged have remained sealed in their original wrapping.

Detailed explanation:

All products are individually wrapped. Once unwrapped, a product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Only products returned to BTM in their original packaging will be eligible for exchange.

Customers wishing to make an exchange must contact BTM Mailorder within 24 hours of receiving their order.

All magazines leave BTM Mailorder in Newsstand Condition. All orders are packed professionally and securely, any package arriving in a unsatisfactory condition should be refused by the customer upon delivery.

In the event of receiving an incorrect order, BTM Mailorder will supply you with prepaid return postage.

Payment Methods

BTM Mailorder gladly accepts the following methods of payment.

• MASTERCARD
• AMERICAN EXPRESS
• MONEY ORDER
• PERSONAL CHECKS (orders paying by personal check, will be subject to a 7 business day hold.)
• CASH (while BTM will not refuse cash payments, we strongly advise you not to mail cash.)

Prisoner Ordering

There is a NO REFUND/NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy for orders sent to correctional facilities. BTM Mailorder's responsibility ends with delivery to your institution. Package tracking is not available for shippments to correctional facilities. Return of rejected or unopened items becomes the property of BTM Mailorder. Check with your mailroom before ordering.

Payment in the form of United States postage stamps will be NOT be accepted

BTM Mailorder reserves the right to substitute similar or later date publications if no alternate selections are provided.

BTM Mailorder will NOT edit publications to comply with your facility's rules.

To prevent credit card fraud, the billing and shipping address must match. Under no circumstances will BTM ship to a third party when ordering with a credit card.

Example: BTM will NOT ship a credit card order to a prison address when the credit card is billed to a free world address. When placing a credit card order on behalf of an inmate we suggest having the order delivered to your billing address, and making arrangements to deliver the package to the inmate.

We gladly accept money orders from inmates, as well as from free world individuals ordering on behalf of inmates.
