All credit card orders MUST ship to the billing name and address of the card holder. If you would like to send an order to an address other than your own, we require payment be made in the form of a personal check or money order. 2. Personal checks require a two week hold before processing. 3. All sales are final. 4. Exchanges of incorrect/defective orders: 1. Must be made witin 30 days, 2. Must be in original packaging and/or in the same "sellable" condition. 3. BTM mailorder reserves the right be the sole determinate in assessing an item's condition when presented for return, as well as, reserves the right to deny items submitted for return based on their condition upon receiving the return. 5. Orders considered lost or stolen: Failure to receive an order must be reported within 30 days. 6. Package tracking for orders is available for 30 days after the original order date. Beyond 30 days the time limit for exchanges and lost or stolen reports has expired, and BTM relinquishes all responsibility. 7. New Buttman Subscriptions will begin with the current issue unless otherwise specified. Please note if your subscription is "new" or a "renewal" when ordering. Correctional Facility Orders (and those ordering on behalf of Correctional Facility Inmates) Terms of Ordering: *All of the General Terms of Ordering apply to Correctional Facility Orders as well as the following: 1. Until further notice, BTM Mailorder will ONLY ship to the following states' prisons: New York, Maryland, Trenton, New Jersey, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Arizona. It is our understanding these are the only states that allow our products. 2. All Sales are Final. 3. Due to our inability to control package delivery once inside your institution, BTM's responsibility of delivery ends once the order is delivered to the facility. 4. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK : It is our prison customers' responsibility to be aware of the rules that govern hardcore adult material in their institution and to order appropriately. Return of rejected items once again becomes property of BTM Mailorder. At which point the recipient will be notified of the rejection and asked to give directions on how to re-ship the order. All returned orders are subject to a "re-shipping fee" equal to their original shipping method. 5. BTM does not edit magazines. 6. BTM does not accept postage stamps as payment. 7. Only money orders, personal checks, and institutional checks will be accepted, absolutely no credit cards. 8. DVDs, Toys, and Health Supplements are not available for inmate orders.
